SECTION A: BUILDING ENTRANCE INFORMATION
Step 1: Pull in front of the building (use the address or google maps link above). Park on the Street (See Photo Below)
Step 2: Walk up the stairs towards the building entrance. Click on the 
key sign on the intercom and insert the building entrance code provided in email/message. (See Photo Below)
Step 3: We will open the front door for you after verification.
Step 4: When inside, please turn left on the corridor. Your apartment is located at the end of the corridor on the left side. Please check the email/message for the apartment number. (See Photo Below)
Step 5: When you reach your apartment, please enter the smart lock code (provided in the email/message) to gain entrance.
Step: 6: Please keep the smart lock code secure, this is a unique code for your reservation only and will be required every time you enter the apartment.
Step 7: Please use the key/remote inside the apartment to gain access to the building/parking/gym/pool for the period of your reservation (No need to follow the steps 1-3 every time you enter the building)
SECTION B: PARKING INFORMATION
Parking: 1 Parking Spot per Apartment

Step 1: Please park on the street and follow the step 1-7 in the above (Section A: Building Entrance Information) to gain access to the apartment.
Step 2: After you are in the apartment, please take the parking fob and the parking permit with you (left inside the apartment for you)
Step 3: Please proceed towards the parking, the entrance is from 2814 Guillot St (google maps link above) or see step by step photo guide below.
Step 4: We recommend you to park on level 1, near the level 1 entrance (please see the photo). Its the closest to your apartment.
Please note, there are 2 sides of the building, your apartment is on the left side of the garage, so please park near the gates you see on the left.
Step 5: Please put the parking permit on your dashboard (Please note, failure to display the parking permit correctly may result in your card being towed and additional towing charges may apply, Regal Stays doesn't accept any liability in this regards)

Check out: Please leave the parking remote and parking permit inside the apartment when checking out. Parking remote is needed when exiting the car park.
