What is the reservation process?

What mode of payment is acceptable?

All prices are in USD. PayPal, Credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and American Express) are accepted. Consolidated invoicing/receipts for huge project members and teams are available.

Are there any other charges?

Extra charges applies for extra furniture (Cots, Chairs etc) and Services (Housekeeping etc). Detailed information can be found on the check out page.


CHECK IN/OUT INFORMATION

What is the check in procedure?

We will email you the check in procedure 1-2 days prior to your arrival. Its a step by step self check in guide. Guest can check in anytime according to their convenience. For locations where self check in is not possible, we will send a staff member to welcome the guest in person.

What is the check in and check out time?

Check-in time starts at 3pm.
Check-out time is before 11am.
For early check in and late check out request, please contact us.

What services items are included in the apartment?

The furnished apartments includes but not limited to stylish furniture and high quality appliances, towels, linen, fully built in laundry and kitchen utensils including crockery, dish washer, toaster, coffer maker, microwave, kettle, fridge, stove and oven.

What is the minimum/maximum length of stay in your apartment?

Minimum and maximum length varies according to property type and season. To check the exact availability please visit our booking page and search the dates you would like to book on this link

Do you provide car park?

Parking facility is available at all location. some locations only offer 1 parking spot for 1 bedroom apartment and 2 parking spots for 2 bedroom apartment.

Do you have additional items of furniture for rent?

Additional furniture is available such as home office and portable cot and fold-away beds but subject to availability and will be charged separately. Please check with the Regal Stays team regarding the availability on info@regalstays.com or 469 786 7360

Do you have cleaning services of the apartment on a daily basis?

Our apartments are self-contained however we can arrange Daily/Weekly housekeeping servicing upon request for additional charges.

Does your apartments have cable television?

Do your apartments have internet?

Free Wi-Fi with high speed service is provided in all apartments.

Do you provide a pick and drop service to/from the airport?

At this stage, no pick up or drop off services are offered to our guest. The easiest way to reach the property from the airport is to book a ride share car.

Do you allow pets?

Pets are strictly not allowed.
