Parking Instructions

When you reach the parking please tell the valet staff that your are airbnb guest and provide them with your apartment number (sent in email/message) and they will park your car for free. Although the parking is safe, please take all valuables with you, Regal Stays does not accept any responsibility/liability of missing or stolen items left in the car.

Access to building (Photos Below)

Entrance 1: on 500 S Ervay St, Dallas (If not using the parking)

On the intercom please click on door pin (see step 6 photo below) and enter your apartment number followed by the building entrance pin (to be sent via email/text message on the day of arrival) to get access to the building. When you enter the building, please go down the stairs and walk straight for access to the elevator. Please proceed to the access to the apartment section below for next step.

Entrance 2: From pool side (If using the parking)

When you exit the car park please take a left and left again, and follow Butlers Brothers Building sign. On the intercom please click on door pin and enter your apartment number followed by the building entrance pin (to be sent via email/text message on the day of arrival) to get access to the building. At entrance please walk straight and take u-turn on right to access the lifts.

Access to the apartment

When you reach your apartment, please see the lockbox next to the apartment number plate. Please press O button first then insert your pin (Sent via email/message). When you see a green light please pull the flap down on the same lock and take the key out. Please scan the key on the black scanner on the apartment door to unlock it. Please don't forget close the flap on the lockbox. We recommend you to store the keys in the lockbox for the whole stay, in this case you would have peace of mind that you can take the keys out anytime out of the lockbox without any hassle and don't have to worry about keeping it secure. You can use the lockbox as many time as you want to for the whole stay.

Check out

Please leave the key back in the lockbox when checking out. You are not required to clean the apartment.
