STEP BY STEP CHECK IN GUIDE
Building Name: The Sawyer Dallas
Address: 3636 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX 75204 (Main entrance located on Cityplace W Blvd) (See Photo Below)

SECTION A: MAIN BUILDING ENTRANCE
Step 1: To enter the building please dial 9929 + Call from the intercom then dial the building entrance pin (See check in message/email) when asked for the pin code. (See Photo Below)
Step 2: When inside, please walk straight down the corridor towards the elevator and go to your apartment (Apartment Number and Floor details will be provided in the email for security reasons).
Step 3: When you reach your apartment, please enter the smart lock code (to be sent via email for security reasons) to gain entrance.
Step 4: Please keep the smart lock code secure, this is a unique code for your reservation only and will be required every time you enter the apartment.
Step 5: Please use the key/fob inside the apartment to gain access to the building/parking/gym/pool for the period of your reservation (No need to follow the steps 1-3 every time you enter the building)
Important information: Key fob and parking permit will be left for you on the kitchen counter. You will need to return it at check out to avoid replacement fees.
Step 6: To lock the door when leaving please press the lockstate button on the lock
SECTION B: PARKING INFORMATION
Parking limitations: 1 parking spot for 1 bedroom apartment and 2 parking spots for 2 bedroom apartments
Important Information: Please note, failure to display the parking permit correctly may result in your car being towed and additional towing charges may apply, Regal Stays doesn't accept any liability in this regards

Step 1: Please park at the above parking garage in public parking space and follow the step 1-5 in the above section A: main building entrance to gain access to the apartment.
Step 2: After you are in the apartment, please take the parking remote/fob and the parking permit with you (left inside the apartment for you)
Step 3: Please come back to your car and display the parking permit on your dashboard with permit number clearly visible.
Step 4: Please take your car to the Flats at the Sawyer residential parking only (Photo Attached)
Step 5: Enter the garage using the key fob/parking remote. Please park in any of the unmarked parking spot. Please dont park your car in any of the reserved parking spots to avoid your car being towed.

Step 6: Proceed to your apartment using the elevator in the garage. (You will need to scan your parking remote/fob to enter the elevator area)
Check out: Please leave the parking remote and parking permit inside the apartment when checking out. Parking remote is not needed when going down to the parking or exiting the car park.
